ABK GROUP Explores New Materials and Textures at Coverings 2016

 

Finale Emilia, 18 April 2015 – At Coverings 2016, the most important exhibition for the sector in North America, ABK Group has developed a new display concept hosting the new products of the three brands ABK, Flaviker and Ariana, an emotional journey that will allow visitors to discover the new collections inspired by the world of marble, wood, stone and resin.

Sensi from ABK, Place_2B and NO_W from Flaviker and Concrea from Ariana stand out for their original design and innovative technologies, highlighting more than ever the Italian style and research conducted by ABK Group.

SENSI, the new ceramic tile collection from ABK, offers an extremely contemporary vision of marble and conveys the sensations of natural material by recreating two different kinds of processing: manual sanding and polishing, expressed by ABK through the innovative Sablé and LUX+ finishes.

With PLACE_2B, Flaviker is launching a new wood-look ceramic tile collection with a warm, intense aesthetic in keeping with design trends. Based on a careful selection of original wood species and choice of sizes and surface finishes, PLACE_2B from Flaviker is an extremely complete ceramic design collection available in the two versions Aspen and Dublin.

NO_W is the new collection from Flaviker offering a modern interpretation of old stone floors. It uses state-of-the-art digital printing to reproduce the discreet yet highly distinctive hewn stone edges and combines rustic elements with the product's distinctly contemporary flavour.

The stylistic fusion of resins and timeworn concretes is recreated in an original ceramic offering from Ariana. CONCREA is a complete, versatile floor and wall tile collection capable of meeting all interior design requirements including crossover applications.
