(May 11, 2015)  Eberly Lumber Co., Mechanicsburg, Pa., is closing at the end of June after 155 years.

 
Brothers Lee and I.S. Eberly have been running the family business for over 40 years, but noted that big box competition has hurt its retail business and their children—five daughters between them—are not interested in taking over.
