Zarsky’s key management team, including Fromme, Phillip Steffy, Steve Weaver, and Travis Fromme, will continue with the company under the new ownership structure.

The deal, expected to close by the end of the second quarter, includes 10 South Texas lumberyards, two millwork plants, and a component plant.

Kodiak operates 21 locations in Texas, Colorado, Michigan and New England.
