(April 30, 2015) Parent Lowe’s Cos. will spend $200 million over the next five years to expand and update its 75-unit Orchard Supply Hardware division.

This summer, OSH will open a new location in the North Beach area of San Francisco, Ca., with openings planned for the fall in Pleasant Hillk, Buena Park, San Ramon, and Lakewood, Ca., and Belmont (Portland), Or.

So far this spring, OSH has added new locations in Woodland Hills, Cerritos and Irvine, Ca., and Hollywood (Portland), Or.

OSH is nearing completion of a full remodel of its store in Granada Hills, Ca., and in fall will finish up makeovers in Sunnyvale, La Crescenta, Capitola and Millbrae, Ca.

In recent months, OSH also renovated stores in Berkeley, Mountain View, Paso Robles, Foster City, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Goleta, Thousand Oaks, San City, and Milpitas, Ca.

Lowe’s purchased the San Jose, Ca.-based retailer 20 months ago.
