(March 24, 2015) Masco Corp., Taylor, Mi., will spin off its installation companies later this year as TopBuild Corp., to be based in central Florida and listed under the ticker symbol BLD.

Comprised of its Masco Contractor Services and Service Partners divisions, it will have over 190 installation branches and 70 distribution centers, headed by Jerry Volas as CEO, Robert Buck as president, and John Peterson as CFO.
