Home Depot Buying Back Hardware Distributor

(Dec. 22, 2014) HD Supply agreed to sell its fastener and builders hardware distribution division, HD Supply Hardware Solutions, back to Home Depot.

Home Depot, which spun off HD Supply in 2007, is the hardware division’s primary customer. It had been known as Crown Bolt, Aliso Viejo, Ca.
