US LBM Buys Connecticut Supplier

(Dec. 10, 2014)  US LBM Holdings has acquired American Masons & Building Supply Co., Hartford, Ct., from owners Dave and Cindy Westerman and will become part of US LBM’s East Haven Builders Supply division. 

Dave Westerman and his team will continue to lead the American Masons. Founded in 1933, the business was purchased by the Westermans in 2011 and expanded into a full-service provider of wallboard, steel framing, insulation, acoustical and masonry supplies to commercial and residential contractors.
