Ciccaglione’s background also includes retail, design, and event experience.
Frank was formerly associate brand manager of PPG Paints and held the titles of field marketing specialist and assistant segment marketing manager at PPG Industries. In these roles, he was responsible for crafting sector-specific collateral, trade shows, in-store events, and developing go-to-market brand strategies.
“The US businesses has grown so rapidly that we are at the point where both the retail and commercial channels require a marketing manager who can devote their undivided attention to developing aggressive marketing strategies by channel,” said Larry Browder, U.S. CEO. “Our newly aligned marketing team will allow us to more aggressively and effectively develop industry leading marketing programs that drive value with our customers and position Karndean as the market leader in design flooring.”
